During or following a tour your guide may ask to collect your email address. This will only be used for emails directly to the customer from Le Bon Paris Tours for purposes of reviewing a tour and/or possible promotions on future tours. You will always be asked first, so by submitting your email you are agreeing to receive emails from Le Bon Paris Tours.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with French Law.

Payment Information

Le Bon Paris Tours uses a payment getaway to collect payment for tours. Most major credit card companies are accepted, and no information is stored in our database. All transactions are made through the payment getaway. All tours must be paid for in full before the travel date.

Cancelation

Any tour can be canceled with a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the tour. Any cancelation within 48 hours requires a 50% cancelation fee. Please note that tours will run rain or shine, and will not be canceled under normal circumstances. Once a tour has started, a booking can not be canceled or rescheduled. No-shows will be consequently charged the full amount of the tour. Please understand that we do reserve the right to cancel in times of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases your tour will be rescheduled if possible or refunded.
